Who we are
- Elefante is a platform to manage clinics and medical practices.
- For any question about your data, write to us at info@elefante.com.ar.
Patients' data
- Each clinic that uses Elefante is responsible for its patients' data, as Argentina's Law 25.326 says.
- Elefante processes that data on the clinic's behalf and only to provide the service.
- Each clinic has its own address on Elefante and publishes its privacy notice for patients there.
- You find it by adding /privacidad to the end of your clinic's address.
Sign in with Google
- A clinic's staff can sign in to Elefante with their Google account.
- Elefante receives from Google your email address, whether Google verified it, and your Google account identifier.
- Before you sign a document, it also receives when you last signed in to your Google account. This is how we confirm it is you.
- At that moment Google also sends us your name and your photo. We do not read or keep them.
- We do not see your contacts, your files or anything else in your Google account.
- We use this data only to let you in and to confirm it is you.
- We never sell it, never share it with third parties and never use it for advertising.
- Elefante's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
- To unlink your account, remove Elefante's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or ask your clinic's administration.
This website
- We count visits with an anonymous identifier stored in your browser.
- We use no cookies and no third-party services.
- If your browser asks not to be tracked, we do not count your visit.
- If you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your clinic or practice, your email or phone, your message and the page's language.
- That data reaches us by email at info@elefante.com.ar. We use it only to answer you.
- To stop automated sending, we remember your connection's internet address for one hour, without storing it.
Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, as Law 25.326 says.
- Write to us at info@elefante.com.ar.
- If you are a patient, ask your clinic too: it is responsible for your data.
- Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, AAIP) is the control authority of Law 25.326. If you think we did not take good care of your data, you can file a complaint with it: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip
